2026 Youth Camp – Lake Yale
Dear parents or Guardians,
We are less than two weeks from youth camp!!
A few housekeeping items that if you have not completed yet, please do so ASAP.
- Waiver – The camp waiver is required to be completed prior to us
- arriving at camp so if you have not filled out a waiver for your youth, please do so now. Link below.

- Final Payment – The total amount for camp per youth is $200. If you have made the $100 deposit, please pay final $100 balance to CJ.
Arrival Date & Time
“Campers” need to arrive at Priscilla Baptist No Later Than 10AM on Monday, July 20th. Please contact CJ or Camp Chaperone if travel arrangements to / from the church on departure and return dates are needed. We will stop for a quick lunch in rout to camp. It is approximately (2) Hours to Lake Yale, Leesburg, FL, from Priscilla.
We will be dismissed camp around 10AM on the 24th to return to Priscilla. We will not stop for lunch unless the return trip is delayed and we anticipate arriving back to Priscilla at or around noon. Please monitor your phone for communication the morning of our return for updates if necessary.
Thank you for allowing your student to attend camp with Priscilla Baptist this year. My prayer is that their walk with God and fellowship with others will be strengthened and encouraged to allow them to be light for Christ not only at camp, but in their community and household thereafter.

EAT
The kitchen staff prepares wonderful meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. Meals are served in the Magnolia Dining hall.
SLEEP
Hotel style rooms with private bathrooms. Most rooms sleep 3 people with 1 full and 1 twin size bed. Some rooms may include a king size bed and a rollaway.
Linens are provided for your group by the Conference Center unless staying on one of the dorms or cabins.
*If you have a housing policy that does not allow for bed sharing between participants from your church, or large bunk room cabin sharing with other groups, please be aware that rooms at this location will be assigned to max occupancy to keep your cost per person as low as possible. Our recommendation for our churches that have these policies is to not register for this location.
